Jordan's Journey Scholarship
Jordan’s Journey is a scholarship fund that was developed as a natural outgrowth of the Yellowstone AIDS Project’s Client Service Empowerment Model. The agency believes in supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS in their endeavors towards personal growth and development.
Specifically, Jordan’s Journey is a scholarship that people living with HIV/AIDS can apply for to help offset costs associated with pursuing academic, personal, and/or professional goals. In addition to the funds received, individuals are able to access one on one coaching from the agency’s client service team.
Specifically Designated Funds
Funds contributed to Jordan’s Journey are specifically designated
for the scholarship program. Every dollar that is contributed
will directly support clients in actualizing their dreams and
potentials.
