Staff

Autumn Frey | Executive Director
Autumn comes to YAP with experience as an Executive Director in domestic violence and disabilities. She has a degree in Psychology and Business Management. She was in the printing and graphic design industry for about 15 years prior to going back to college. She enjoys scrapbooking and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

Tracey Schuster | Client Services Coordinator
Tracey earned a degree at MSU-B in Psychology and Sociology.  She worked for many years at Alternatives and Youth Dynamics.  She has three children and spends all of her “free” time with them, but when the kids are asleep you will find her playing video games.  She camps and hikes with her family.

Rhianna Hurt | Development Coordinator / Volunteer & Internship Coordinator
Rhianna joined YAP after 8 years of working in political campaigns. She holds a degree in Political Science with minors in History and Sociology. A native Floridian, she is still confused by the concept of cold weather. Rhianna enjoys spending quality time with her two beautiful dogs and reading nonfiction.

Matt Klang | Prevention Coordinator / MORE Project Specialist
Matt came to YAP in May 2014 as the Admin Coordinator and quickly moved into the Prevention Coordinator position. Having worked in the corporate world the last 15 years, this change in pace has not changed his go get-em attitude. If he’s not at one of two jobs, he’ll be at the gym, or doing some type of physical activity. His favorite saying is, ‘So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.’ – Matthew 7:12

Todd Cohn | Bookkeeper / IT Specialist
Todd is an Oregon native but has lived in Montana since 2005, first in Chinook and now Billings.  He has a degree in Mathematics and a background in Finance and IT.  When not in the office he’s usually busy with his two daughters and being a househusband, or at least that’s what he tells his wife.
