Morgan Ditto, Executive Director
In April of 2013, Morgan left her position as Prevention Coordinator here at YAP to become the Executive Director. Born in Louisiana, Morgan is a Southern girl at heart, but has lived the majority of her life here in Billings, Montana. She has eleven years of experience in public relations & customer service and has a genuine compassion for others. Morgan joined the YAP team in December of 2010 and upon completing her testing training, Morgan knew that this job is her calling in life. She is a firm believer that knowledge is power and we all deserve to be empowered. Her favorite quote is, “A loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge.”-Thomas Carlyle

Becky Taylor, Client Services Coordinator
Becky Taylor believes that we each have the power to be the change we want to see in the world and that belief has led to her involvement in PFLAG, Montana Pride Network, Seeker’s Harbor Faith Community, AIDSpirit, and Not in Our Town.

Steven Hrubes, Community Outreach Coordinator
Steven came to YAP at the end of the summer in 2013. Formerly full time making coffee and leading a coffee shop with great customer service and a smile, he is happy to be using his skills and education to assist the wonderful people YAP serves daily. Growing up in eastern Montana and relocating to attend school, he is happy to call Billings home since 2006. He is often seen in many local theatre productions around town and choreographs and teaches dance when the opportunity arises. He loves networking and meeting people to create lasting relationships. His favorite quote is, “The truth is rarely pure and never simple.” – Oscar Wilde, The Importance of Being Earnest

Matt Klang, Prevention Coordinator
Matt came to YAP in May 2014 as the Admin Coordinator and quickly moved into the Prevention Coordinator position. Having worked in the corporate world the last 15 years, this change in pace has not changed his go get-em attitude. If he’s not at one of two jobs, he’ll be at the gym, or doing some type of physical activity. His favorite saying is, ‘So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets.’ – Matthew 7:12

James Steiber, Administrative Coordinator
In August 2014 Jaymes joined the YAP team after 15 plus years as a Pharmacy Technician in Seattle WA. Moving here for personal reasons, he is ecstatic to be a part of the staff here and assist with clients and support our programs with his amazing attention to detail.

Susan Teigen, Bookkeeper
